As a dynamic and efficient vehicle for all occasions, the Fiat Punto is stylish to look at and intelligent to drive. Three levels of trim are featured in the line: the Pop, the Easy, and the GBT. Fiat has designed the Punto to be economical with fuel and with low emissions, making it a vehicle for the ecologically-minded.
The exterior design has undergone many revisions, with the current version of the Punto working as Fiat's flagship for small car styling. Combining the sensibilities of a compact car with the details of larger vehicles, the Punto has a sophistication that is all its own. Unique features for the exterior include the honeycomb grille and body-coloured front and rear bumpers, and motorists can customise the exterior with four different paint colours.
Inside, the comfortable nature of the interior is matched by the level of technological features that are included. The Punto makes use of Fiat's Blue&Me TomTom system, which functions as the hub for music, information and navigation. The wireless screen is removable, and the system can be controlled through either controls on the steering wheel, or voice commands through the voice recognition system. Dual-zone climate control is also included, allowing for the driver and front passenger to control the in-car
temperature to their own specifications.
Engines are available in a range of three different models ranging between 68bhp and 83bhp, which give CO2 emissions of 90g/km. Overall, the combined fuel consumption is 80.7mpg, and the range can reach top speeds of up to 115mph.
Four airbags are included as standard, with the option of including up to six if desired. Fiat has included seatbelt pre-tensioners, and ISOFIX seat mounts for the easy installation of child safety seating. Electronic Stability Control (ESC) and a Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) are also included on all vehicle models.
