Online Service Bookings automatically benefit from a 10% discount off parts and labour, either for Manufacturers Scheduled Servicing or any of our Gold, Silver or Bronze value range.  Your MOT will also be discounted.

Courtesy cars are charged at £15 including VAT, this covers the cost Insuring the vehcicle on Wessex Insurance and saves you trabsferring your own insurance and any cost which may be incurred. Insurance excess waiver is available for an additional £5. Your courtesy car will have approximately 1/4 tank of fuel, all we ask is that you replace what fuel you use.

Collection and delivery is charged at £11.75 including VAT and is usualy resticted to approximately 10-12 miles depending on which branch you are using. We can offer free lifts into town centres depending on availability. Please mention this when booking your service.

At Wessex we will only use Genuine Maufacturers parts, our Technicians are factory trained using the latest diagnostic equipment and we only use Petronas 'Syntium' fully synthetic oils. Using these oils will prolong engine life and improve vehicle running and will ensure that your vehicles warranty remains valid.

Whilst your vehicle is with us we will check for any outstanding recalls from out manufacturers and repair under warranty any items which are covered.
