Andy Provis, our Group Fleet Manager, will be at the GreenFleet West in Bristol this Friday (May 20, 2016) to talk to people about Nissan’s 100% electric vehicle, the LEAF and its electric van, the e-NV200.
GreenFleet WEST is the chance for fleet and transport managers from Bristol, and the surrounding area, to assess whether electric and plug-in vehicles are right for their business.
The event will take place at Leigh Court on Friday, May 20 from 8.30am until 4pm.
During GreenFleet WEST people will be able to hear the latest updates in the electric vehicle infrastructure market in and around Bristol, from Office for Low Emission Vehicles (OLEV).
And following on from their successful Go Ultra Low (GUL) City Scheme bid, attendees will also hear from Bristol City Council, along with Bath & North East Somerset, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Councils.
After the seminar sessions, which will be chaired by motoring journalist and TV presenter Quentin Willson, delegates will break out for closed group sessions with the major electric/plug-in hybrid vehicle manufacturers and related companies, for test drive experiences and knowledge sharing and networking.
Nissan staff members as well as our Andy will be on hand to talk about the 100% electric Nissan LEAF, which is built in Sunderland, and is the world’s most popular and successful electric vehicle to date.
As well as this people can find out about Nissan’s electric van, the e-NV200, which combines the NV200, a former International Van of the Year, with the proven technology of the record breaking LEAF. The e-NV200 has zero emissions and low running costs.
