CARDIFF folk were invited last weekend (July 23 & 24, 2016) to one of our car dealerships in the city to help it celebrate its fifth birthday and also raise money for its Charity of the Year.
Wessex Garages – Hyundai hosted a mini party with a glass of bubbly for non-drivers, party food and cake on Saturday, July 23 and Sunday, July 24 in aid of Bobath.
Richard Craythorne, our General Manager at the dealership on Penarth Road, said: “We had a great weekend celebrating our fifth birthday of our Hyundai dealership. Lots of people popped in during the weekend to see us and help us celebrate.
“We can’t believe it has been five years already and would like to thank all our staff past and present for making the dealership a success. Without their hard work and the support of Cardiff people it would not have been possible.
“During our mini party weekend as well as the complimentary nibbles and drinks we also hosted a charity car wash so customers could have their vehicles cleaned for a donation to our Charity of the Year, Bobath. At the moment we’re still counting the money raised.”
As well as this the first 10 people to purchase a new Hyundai vehicle during the weekend were also given a free £50 fuel voucher and the first five also got a free car wash. For anyone that also purchased a three-year service plan during the event they were also given an upgrade to a five year plan free of charge.
