Assistant Service Manager appointed at new Nissan site

BIANCA Ashwin from Bristol has this month (February, 2016) been appointed as the Assistant Service Manager for our new purpose-built Nissan dealership in the city. 

In her new position, the 24-year-old will supervise the service staff at the centre on Hayes Way ensuring the department runs smoothly and efficiently for its customers.

Bianca said: “I am extremely thrilled to be a part of the new Cribbs Causeway service team. It is a very exciting time as the dealership only opened in December and we are a fairly new team but with lots of enthusiasm and experience between us. I have worked in the motor trade industry for six years but this will be my first time working with the Nissan brand.

“What drew me to Wessex Garages is its very high standards when it comes to aftersales care and this is something I am very passionate about. I would like each of our customers to be impressed by the personal service we offer.”

Bianca is Motability accredited and has also completed a service excellence course and was awarded a bronze service award. Prior to her role at Wessex Garages, Bianca worked for two years as a Service Advisor at a large main dealer.  

Claire Andrews, Service Manager at Cribbs Causeway, said: “I am very pleased to have been able to appoint Bianca as my Assistant Service Manager. I would like to welcome her to the Aftersales Team.

“I worked with Bianca prior to our roles at Wessex Garages at another motor dealership and I am looking forward to working with her again. She is very focused on delivering outstanding customer care and will be an asset to the Aftersales Team here at Cribbs Causeway.”

In her spare time Bianca enjoys playing football and going to the gym.

Wessex Garages’ new Nissan dealership spans more than 18,000 square feet and has created at least 40 new jobs. It is a huge investment for Wessex Garages as the whole project cost in the region of £5million.

The workshop facilities at the dealership include the very latest hi-tech equipment and cost around £300,000 to build and install. It is home to eight technicians, including two Master Technicians and two apprentices. All are factory-trained to the highest standards required by Nissan and Wessex.

It is also a centre for electric vehicles and an additional charging point for Bristol with four chargers.
