Bristol-based Wessex Mazda is inviting customers to win tickets for all the family to Heart FM’s celebrity football match as part of the dealership’s sponsorship of the event. The star-studded football match will be held on Sunday 20 May to raise money for children’s charities across the West Country.
Celebrities from EastEnders, The Only Way Is Essex, and Bristol City FC will join Heart FM at the Aston Gate stadium in Bristol to raise money for Global's Make Some Noise charity group. To celebrate its sponsorship of the celebrity football match, Wessex Mazda will post the competition on their Facebook page for customers to win two sets of family tickets to the game. For more information about the competition visit Wessex Garages’ Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/wessexgarages/
Ben Locke, Wessex Mazda Dealer Principal said, “At Wessex Mazda we’re proud to sponsor Heart FM’s celebrity football match. Now in its third year, the match is always a fun day out for all the family, so we hope our customers get involved in our Facebook competition to win tickets to the game. Visitors will also have the chance to interact with the Mazda MX-5 sports car and the Mazda CX-5 mid-size SUV, which we will be on display at the event.”
Heart FM will add to the team each week as celebrities donate their time to take part and raise money for Global’s Make Some Noise campaign. Celebrities confirmed to play so far include Katie Price; EastEnders actor Jake Wood; reality TV star, model and footballer Calum Best; and two TOWIE stars, James ‘Arg’ Argent and Dan Osborne. The players will meet families and fans after the game and there will be a chance to dine with the stars or become a mascot walking out with the teams for kick off.
Global’s Make Some Noise, the official Media and Entertainment Group charity, supports small charities across the UK to help youngsters and their families living with illness, disability or lack of opportunity and gives a voice to small projects. Global’s Make Some Noise unites some of the country’s best-loved radio stations, including Heart, Capital, Capital XTRA, Radio X, and Gold – to award grants and to give a voice to these small projects across the UK.
