A SERVICE Advisor in Cardiff has recently (July, 2014) become one of the first employees at a car dealership in the city to have their skills recognised by a car manufacturer.
Claire Gould, who works at Wessex Garages on Hadfield Road, is now an accredited service advisor for Nissan after successfully completing several assessments through the manufacturer’s Nissan Academy.
Claire explained: “I’m really proud to have become a Nissan Accredited Service Advisor. I completed a number of online assessments, which tested me on my knowledge of various vehicles within the Nissan range.
“Giving excellent customer service is something we strive for at Wessex Garages, so it is great to have my skills recognised.”
The Nissan Academy is an accreditation program, which is designed to ensure dealership staff complete all mandatory training set by Nissan.
Gareth Howells, General Manager at the dealership, added: “We would like to thank Claire for her hard work and congratulate her on becoming a Nissan Academy Accredited Service Advisor.
“We have been working hard on customer service initiatives during the past few years and have implemented and invested in several new innovative strategies. Our aim is to create total transparency and trust for our customers.”
Wessex Garages uses eKomi, which is an independent online review system. The service sends feedback forms to all of its customers and the answers, good or bad, are automatically available for anyone to view on its website, which reinforces its aim to be as transparent as possible. Currently 97% of Wessex Garages’ customers would happily purchase from it again.
