Customer Service Advisor
We are delighted to be recruiting for new colleagues to join our online sales department for our exciting next phase of growth in the online car sales market.
You do not necessarily need to be from a car sales background, or have industry knowledge, but you will need exceptional communication skills, and great customer service skills
Main duties of the role include:
- Responding to online and inbound telephone leads, using a consultative approach to guide prospects to an appointment.
- Information gathering on a customer’s requirements and processing into a sales tracking platform
- Delivering maximum customer service and uphold our commitment to delivering a great customer experience during their sales journey
- Driving appointments for our sales teams from inbound enquiries
Experience and skills:
- A tenacious attitude and the drive to succeed within a fast-paced environment
- A high level of ‘will and want’ for a successful sales career
- Sales experience advantageous but not essential
Required attributes:
- Ambitious self-starter, driven to succeed
- Flexible working hours to work within our weekly shift pattern, including weekends - part-time roles are available
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Great telephony skills
- Professional standard of presentation at all times
- Administration skills - organised and accurate
- Ability to meet deadlines and work comfortably under pressure
- You must work well with all peers and be a team player
- You should be self-motivated and driven
