Are you a people person with a passion for delivering great experiences? We’re on the lookout for a friendly and driven Online Navigator to join our vibrant Online Team at our Head Office - Pennywell Rd, Bristol.

What You’ll Do:

As an Online Navigator, you’ll play a key role in connecting with potential customers and helping them on their journey. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Chatting with customers via online channels or over the phone to understand their needs and guide them towards booking an appointment.
• Gathering important details about what customers are looking for and keeping track of this information in our sales system.
• Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring every customer has a fantastic experience with us.
• Working closely with our sales team by turning inbound enquiries into scheduled appointments.
