We are looking for a dedicated Parts Advisor to join our small, dynamic team. Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring customers and Technicians have the right parts exactly when they need the
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate parts sales to maintain seamless availability for customers and Technicians.
- Engage with customers both in person and over the phone, handling enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Serve parts to in-house and retail customers.
- Manage stock deliveries and collections, including some lifting and carrying.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored product/service recommendations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Motor parts experience is essential.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Keen attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.
- A logical and thorough approach to tasks.

Key Information:
- Working Pattern: Mon - Fri 8:30am – 5:30pm, Saturdays on a rota and paid at 1.5x
