Wessex Garages - Gloucester are seeking a Prep Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and put customer experience at the forefront of their priorities.

Expectations of the role
- Carry out pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on new and used vehicles to highest possible standards and to manufacturer guidelines
- Work efficiently to deadlines
- Ensure excellent customer service
- High quality workmanship and achieving 'first-time' fixes

Requirements
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge, ideally with a Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance
- You must have a full manual driving licence with no more than 6 points
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using relevant tools
- Strong customer service skills

Key information:

• Working pattern: Mon - Fr 8:30am - 5:30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays paid at 1.5x
