We are offering a basic salary of £27,000 with an OTE of £32,000 plus excellent Company benefits.
As the Service Advisor you will be responsible for the front of house in the Service Department. This will include the following duties:
• Managing the Customer Service Levels in the department
• Developing and coaching the Service Advisors in the department
• Setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle
• Deputising for the Service Manager
• Advising the customer on repairs and parts
• Finalising the invoice on completion of required work
For this role, we are looking for you to have previous Customer Service experience; this is essential for you to be considered. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines. In addition, you will have time management skills and have a proactive approach to customer service.
