An opportunity has opened up within our revamped Cardiff Nissan Service department for a Customer Services Specialist.
Quite simply, we are looking for someone who is focused on, and delivers, a great customer experience – every time. This will involve managing the customers journey through their service/MOT booking and appointment – always ensuring a warm welcome upon arrival, and that they are kept informed every step of the way.
No previous experience in the motor industry is necessary, but we do have some important requirements:
