This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join our busy Vehicle Administration department.

Outlined below are the standard duties that this job role entails.

To cover all aspects of vehicle Administration including trade paperwork, filing, keeping customer satisfaction in mind whilst following company policies and procedures and any other duties as requested by the Administration Manger or Supervisor. To maintain good working relationships with all sales teams.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • To help ensure the processing of all orders received in the Admin Department in a timely manner.
  • Raising vehicle invoices within the Pinnacle system.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate information logged on spreadsheets.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate data held in the company marketing database.
  • All aspects of Administration including, filing, data input, emailing Managers, opening internal post bags.
  • Maintaining accurate information on our electronic deal book system.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solid team working skills
  • Self-disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature
  • Experienced in Excel and Microsoft office packages
  • Ability to work to deadlines
