Designed as a stylish and modern city vehicle, the Hyundai i10 is both simple to use and full of technological innovations. Through the production of the i10, Hyundai has brought together a vehicle that is both sophisticated and fun, forming a perfect balance between style and substance.
The exterior of the i10 makes use of Hyundai's unique fluidic sculpture styling, with smooth and rounded lines creating a pleasing visual impression from every available angle. Primarily, the i10 is delivered with 14-inch steel wheels, while selected trim levels can also access 13-inch steel wheel or 14-inch alloy wheels. Vehicle customisation is provided with a number of different body paint options, which is available in solid, metallic, or pearlescent finishes.
Inside, motorists can choose between beige, blue and orange for the cloth seat trim on either four or five interior seats, depending on the model. Split folding 60/40 rear seats are available on all models, allowing greater flexibility for both passenger seating and luggage capacity. Multimedia entertainment comes by way of the stereo RDS radio and CD player with MP3 compatibility and clock functions, broadcasting through two speakers, or four speakers on the Premium model. A trip computer is included as standard across the range, giving comprehensive information regarding the current drive at all times.
Four petrol engines power the i10 range, with capacities of between 1.0 and 1.2 litres, either manual or automatic transmission, and a choice between three and four-cylinder models. These allow the i10 to reach top speeds of 109mph, and 0-60mph acceleration in under 15 seconds. The combined fuel consumption is 65.7mpg, and CO2 emissions come in at 98g/km, making the i10 an ecologically sound road option.
Safety features include front, front side and curtain airbags, protecting all vehicle occupants throughout each and every journey. ISOFIX child seat anchors are also included as standard on every model, allowing for easy child seat installation if required. Onboard drive safety assistant systems include the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), the Brake Assist System (BAS), and the Electronic Stability Programme (ESP).
