As a full time driver of the new Nissan LEAF Peter regularly drives through Devon and Cornwall proving that longer journeys are not an issue as commonly thought.
Carl is amongst the longest standing EV experts in the UK since 2012, as well as providing expert knowledge, experience and service for all.
He is a real keen driver of the Nissan LEAF himself, with its comfort, power, technology and above all else enjoys the substantial savings on fuel.
Alec is responsible for electric vehicle enquiries at our Cardiff Nissan branch, he also handles all electric business leads and electric evenings in the community, raising awareness and promoting the Leaf.
He is a full electric convert as he has been driving a Nissan LEAF himself for two years trouble free - he even rides an electric motorbike! Alec has been in the electric industry for about 3 years with a speciality in the car itself (the leaf features, eco credentials, etc) and how to get the most out of it.
Jamaul began representing Kia in 2014. "It’s been incredible watching them embrace the EV movement." Says Jamaul, "By 2025 we’re looking to introduce at least 16 EV vehicles; all of which will carry the market leading 7 year warranty.
Both myself and my wallet have had the pleasure of living with the Kia Optima PHEV. With its tremendous running costs Kia have still been able to transfer the same premium DNA in the non EV vehicles into the EV range."
Jake has had lots of enquiries on the Hyundai Ioniq hybrid plug-in and electric range. He also has had full training on the Kona fully electric vehicle attending the workshop in the training centre in High Wycombe.
"Hyundai have already taken over a thousand orders on a click to buy basis" he says, "and we will have a vehicle to test drive in January and I am very confident with its range ability."
Since joining Wessex Garages Kia, John has been the Hybrid/EV Specialist for the dealership.
Through the years John has noticed the growing demand for Hybrid and electric vehicles as well as the necessity for specialist subject knowledge.
John has been driving electric vehicles for the last 18 months and even in that short time, he has noticed a vast improvement in both quality the technology and the rise of enquires on electric/hybrid cars.
