The Wessex Garages Used Car Price Promise means if you find a cheaper, identical vehicle within 5 days of purchasing a car from us and within a 50 mile radius, we’ll refund you the difference.

Terms and Conditions of Wessex Garages Used Car Price Promise

• The offer only applies to the stated retail price of the vehicle prior to the part exchange allowance
• The competitor's car is a vehicle on general retail sale at a Competitor Dealer within 50 miles, which matches the vehicle on a Like-for-Like Basis pursuant to the order, including but not restricted to specification, mileage, owners and age. For the avoidance of doubt, a vehicle includes but is not limited to a passenger car or light commercial van.
• Official written quote must be presented to Wessex Garages.
• The competitors price must be publicly advertised and must be available to all customers.
• Cannot include any membership/ personal or exclusive discounts
• No other promotional offers or vouchers can be used on top of a price match
• The competitors must be based in the UK and sell direct to customers (no auction, trade sales or private sales)
• The competitors vehicle must be in stock and available for immediate delivery
• Wessex Garages must be able to verify the competitor's price
• The lower price must be a genuine price and not a pricing error
• The lower price must also include VAT and delivery costs

• Wessex Garages will only price match the cost of the vehicle excluding any extras or insurance products
• The offer must come from a UK dealer
• Day or Days means any day including a Saturday or Sunday or Bank Holiday (as defined in the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971).
• Customer is the purchaser of the Vehicle named on the Order form.
• Wessex Garages reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the Price Match Promise at any time. In the event of any dispute as to the interpretation of these terms and conditions, the application of the same or otherwise, the decision of the Wessex Garages Dealership shall be final.
• Any refund made to the Customer as a result of a claim made under the Price Match Promise shall be paid in £ pounds sterling via an electronic transfer to the Customers designated bank account or via cheque, within 30 Days of a claim being received.
• The Wessex Garages Price Match Promise is governed by the laws of England and Wales
• The Wessex Price Match Promise specifically excludes price quotes from Carwow Ltd who do not verify or endorse the offers it advertises/ provides.

Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect or limit the Customer​ Statutory Rights.
