Nissan Customer Quality Manager
In order to exceed our customers' expectations and deliver outstanding levels of customer service, we are looking for a friendly and organised individual to take on the role of Customer Quality Manager at one of our dealerships.
Within this exciting role, you will be the initial warm welcome to all our service customers ensuring that their arrival to their departure is a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
Applicants must be used to working with the public as well as be highly organised, a good team player and able to influence others.
We offer an attractive salary, plus 22 days holiday rising to 25 with service plus bank holidays, contributory pension and friends and family car purchase scheme.
