Service Advisor sought to join this highly successful new and used car dealership in Bristol to work in the Service department, providing assistance to members of the public and business customers.
Wessex Garages has been established for 30 years, and operates from seven sites in Wales and the South West. They supply cars and commercial vehicles to customers across the region, and pride themselves on reliability and honesty not only through the sales process but also in their exceptional aftersales care.
The role will involve serving dealership customers on the service desk; managing appointments and following up MOT’s, health checks, services etc. You will need to possess confidence and charisma, to up-sell other services such as valets, service plans and other products.
