OWNERS of a Nissan GT-R or 370 Nismo are invited to our supercar event in Bristol next month (April, 2016) to show off their vehicle.
Our new Nissan brand centre on Hayes Way at Cribbs Causeway is hosting the event in aid of charity on Sunday, April 17 from 10am until 3pm.
Simon Newson, our General Manager at Wessex Garages, explained: “We would love to hear from any Nissan GT-R or 370 Nismo owners from across the South West who would like to attend our supercar day. It would be fantastic to have a selection of these amazing cars on-site for people to see.
“The Nissan GT-R is the ultimate every day, four seater, supercar combining usability with refinement and excitement. It has fantastic levels of performance and rapid acceleration going from nought to 62 miles per hour in 2.7 seconds.
“We will have a Nissan GT-R and 370 Nismo at the dealership but it would be great to have a range of the supercars on display.
“We are hosting the supercar event to raise money for our Charity of the Year, Dance Voice, which is a Dance Movement Psychotherapy charity based in Bedminster. There will be a GT-R merchandise raffle on the day with proceeds being donated to the charity.”
To add to this, we have the very latest in diagnostic technology and will be offering GT-R and 370 Nismo owners a free diagnostic scan for their vehicle. Our fully-trained, factory technicians will be on hand to discuss parts and the technical support they can offer.
During the day visitors will be able to get their cars checked over free of charge and the first seven to book appointments will have a free optional car wash. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day and each attendee will be given a Wessex Garages’ goody bag.
Simon added: “We have very high standards here at Wessex and it was vital for us to offer our customers top notch aftersales care at our new dealership.
“The workshop at the site represents a flagship venture for us and sees a move away from a traditional garage look to a bright, light, modern and spotlessly clean environment, with all the very latest hi-tech equipment available to offer our customers the very best for their vehicles.
“The workshop cost around £300,000 to build and install. We have also invested in the latest ‘in ground’ Stenhoj lifts, that rise out of the floor, rather than the old-fashioned two post lifts that take up a lot of space and look aesthetically unappealing.
“Customers will be able to sit in our bespoke customer waiting area with full viewing directly into the workshop, this ties in with one of our core values – transparency – as well as showcasing our incredible facilities.”
