VISITORS
to a motor festival in Bristol will this month (April, 2015) be able to see
some new Italian cars on show thanks to our Feeder Road dealership.
We
will take a selection of modern Abarth and Alfa Romeo vehicles to the Italian
AutoMoto Festival on Saturday, April 25.
Mark Hayward, our
General Manager of the dealership
, explained: “The festival, which
celebrates its 13
th anniversary this year, is firmly established as
one of the highlights of the Italian motoring calendar.
“The historic
centre of Bristol is transformed into a little corner of Italy and is filled
with hundreds of Italian cars, motorcycles and Lambretta scooters. It is
definitely worth a visit for a car enthusiast.
“We
will be sponsoring the event and taking along a selection of new
quintessentially Italian cars including an Alfa Giulietta QV line, an Alfa Mito
Distinctive and an Abarth 595 50
th Anniversary Edition. We will also
be taking along the Abarth 595 Competizione, unless we can get our hands on the
Abarth 695 Biposto.
“During
the day we will also be fundraising for our Charity of the Year, St Peter’s Hospice. We will be asking for donations of £1
to the charity in return for a tasty slice of cake.”
St Peter’s Hospice cares for adults with life-limiting illnesses. As Bristol’s only
adult hospice, it cares for more than 2,670 patients each year as well as
supporting family members.
Mark
continued: “The festival is a popular event among car lovers and we hope lots
of people will come along. We always enjoy attending and seeing the classic
Italian cars.”
We
will be at the Italian AutoMoto Festival on Saturday, April 25 from 9am until
4pm. The vehicles will be displayed on and around Corn Street in Bristol. The
featured marques this year will be Lamborghini and Moto Morini.
